Everything in the cosmos is vibrating at a certain frequency. Energy slowed down is matter. Our thoughts have frequencies, our emotions have frequencies and we can recognise and alter our minds and beings to be in tune with higher vibrations. In yoga, the main key to handle and tackle anxiety is chanting “Om”. Om tunes us with the Earth. The Earth’s frequency is the same as the frequency that is generated when we chant “Om”. Chanting Om, thus, connects you to nature and calms you down. Mantras and chants have syllables that generate frequencies that have the ability to positively alter our minds and surroundings. They’re powerful and they can uplift and energise us and alter the way our brains function for the better. They make us more alert and aware, more in tune with who we are, and feed our beings with prana (life-force energy). Chanting helps destroy negativity by plucking it out on subtle planes (energy/astral planes) from its roots. When we hear/see people chanting/meditating for world peace, it’s no joke. In groups, it works ten folds more. We can learn to tackle anxiety by simply chanting “Om”.✨
